First Course
Gamberone Imperiale arrostito, su fagioli cannellini in umido e pancetta
(Roasted jumbo prawn, served over stewed cannellini beans and pancetta)

Second Course
Crespelle al forno con asparagi e ricotta, ragu di vitello bianco
(Baked savory crepes filled with asparagus and ricotta cheese, white veal ragu)

Third course
Tagliata di manzo alla rucola e parmigiano su crema di porcini e patate,
con riduzione allo scalogno e aceto balsamico
(Grilled and sliced beef strip loin, with fresh arugula and parmesan cheese, over a cream of porcini mushroom and potatoes,
roasted shallots/ balsamic vinegar reduction)
Wine: Tempranillo di Toscana, Vigna alle Nicchie Beconcini 2009
Dessert
Panna cotta all vaniglia, con frutti di bosco, frollino al miele e mandorle
(Vanilla Panna cotta with mixed berries sauce and almond/ honey cookie)
